We have been training and showing Dobermans for over 16 years. We gained all the valuable experience showing, doing Schutzhund, communicating with European breeders, analyzing their results while living in Europe. The longer we are with the breed - the better is our understanding of what a true doberman should be. In 2006 we moved to the States. This move opened up new horizons. We keep training and showing our dogs. We are a European Doberman kennel FROM EUROPE. And here things are done the European way.
Our ideal Doberman is a dog you can go anywhere with and feel protected. It's a dog that will follow you everywhere... without fear... a dog that will not run away and will never betray you. It's a dog to enjoy, a work of art to admire, a companion to jog with, a buddy to go hiking with. It's a Friend. A Protector. Conformation-wise (and it has to be an important consideration for anyone wanting a pure-bred dog) these dogs represent the type we love the most:
You can find our dogs in Europe, Canada and all over the United States. They are great companions, perfect protectors and just fun loving animals. They serve in law enforcement and drug detection, they win shows and participate in working trials, they sleep on the couches and run the beaches, they get pampered and loved.
Here are some facts about us:
1. We are a member of the Dobermann Verein and United Doberman Club .
2. We never say our dogs are the best. There is always space for improvement. We strive to achieve very good conformation. Our dogs get awarded conformation titles and get recognized by judges accordingly.
3. We are ACTIVELY involved with the breed, Schutzhund training and showing. Our health testing program includes hip and heart certification, thyroid panel, vWD testing, eye certification (if available).
4. 2009 stats: 79% of dogs used in breeding have working titles. 86% have been shown at least once but most of them have champion titles. And 100% dogs used in breeding have been health tested.
5. We are veterinarian, breeder and buyer recommended!
6. When getting a pup from us, you will get decades of quality breeding, a champion pedigree, excellent socialization, great attitude and quality conformation. Lifetime breeder support.
7. We bred: 2006 - 1 litter. 2007 - 2 co-owned litters (means we are not the actual litter owner but the litter is bred under our supervision). 2008 - 2 litters.
8. Pups come either with AKC or FCI papers. Almost all dogs are placed with limited registrations. Full registration can be discussed only if the buyer is experienced in sports like Schutzhund, Ring, and is willing to commit to training, the dog has to have excellent show potential and to be structurally correct and sound.
9. We import. Very selectively and on a limited basis. Years of experience lead us to the point where breeders offer us their litters for consideration. Our knowledge allows us to pick the best possible options, we can provide you with all the information regarding show or working potential of each particular dog and help you make the right choice. You will know the origin of your dog and you will be able to communicate with the breeder directly.
10. We raise all our pups and imports in the house. We expose them to children, older dogs, new visitors, new environment, noises, various surfaces, etc. We make sure you get the dog you want and can handle. We also make sure you are the right home for our dog. We are the matchmaker. But you have to be prepared. So, please, read on, this site has tons of useful information.
Here is where we all live. These rural acres with a hu-u-uge house were purchased specifically for our dogs.
Here are some of our show trophies
And this trophy is the most special and dear
No other Doberman has ever won Best-in-Show Puppy at the largest Russian annual show "Evrazia" before. And here is one of our pups, granddaughter of that Best-in-Show Winner
Our dogs' daily life is very regimented. Physical exercise and good physical shape are of greatest importance. They get 4 walks a day, 1-1.5 hours each. We do not keep dogs in inside/outside runs. No dog can be happy living such a life. They all run and play together, thus developing important social and pack skills
We always supervise all their walks. First, dogs need human contact. Second, we prevent them from developing unwanted habits, i.e. excessive barking, fighting, digging. And third, we always play with the dogs. An important skill we try to develop is ball drive.
Those who have it teach those who don't have it. Ball and prey drive are crucial in training, exercising and establishing control over your dog. And this is how all our pups are raised.
If your primary purpose in buying a dog is breeding, we won't be able to help you.
To be able to qualify for a purchase, you will need to provide us with as much information about you and the life a pup will have in your house as possible.
Currently, we do not provide training to outside dogs, but we plan on opening a working club in 2012.
